Morning Rain: A Welcome Relief for Albuquerque

The wind howls loudly as the rain falls in Lobo Village, Albuquerque, NM

Summer night rain has its charm, but morning rain brings a different vibe. I think everyone can relate to the refreshing coolness it offers and the extra time it gives to those with plans. Often, it is a perfect excuse not to do anything.

Morning rain, dark clouds, chilly weather, and gloomy skies make me want to stay inside, especially today. The usually sunny morning looks quite strange now. The busy estate seems deserted, and the rain continues to fall.

I’m up and working on a project, and aside from the noisy morning TV show, all I can hear is the howling wind, which is likely playing with the whistling pines outside. If the weekday begins with a refreshing rain, I’m not sure if that’s good or bad for everyone, but it could serve as a nice break. Let’s take it slow, shall we? Breathe in now, and out!
