Ego

Relationships often come to an end because of someone’s ego. Similarly, leaders’ egos have led countries to fight wars, causing innocent people to suffer and die needlessly. Sadly, in such wars, many soldiers who are people’s loved ones, such as husbands, wives, sons, and daughters, lose their lives as well. All this happens because people don’t want to appear weak and find it challenging to say sorry or admit they were wrong. Until we all learn to keep our egos in check and realize that the world doesn’t revolve around any one person, things are unlikely to change for the betterOke Iroegbu
