Large fruit trees blossoming across the countryside form a floral shelter that also offers a spectacular view. The rains had taken a break, and stream and river levels had receded.

I noticed during the summer, the petals of flowers were on the verge of blossoming. How we waited for those handsome flowers! The blossoming trees create green, purple, and red shades that cover up the light blue sky. They don’t do much after that, they don’t say much either. Nature goes about doing all it has to do for people without altering or expecting anything in return.

Now that I’m getting older, I appreciate the beauty of nature through gardening and the act of letting things grow. Nature has shown pure love, which isn’t attached or possessive but is generous, reciprocal, and inclusive. This love is even reflected in the fruits and foods we are served. No matter how badly we treat nature, it strives to give us life again.

We must learn—we have to learn to treat our environment right.
