I liked your “Why is poetry less popular” post. I particularly enjoy Edgar Allen Poe because I loooooove dark poetry and wonder what part of his brain his poestories came from, in particular the Raven. Poetry, what part of us does it come from? My poetry comes from the deepest emotional, sadess part of my brain. It’s something one must be interested in to read or listen to. It takes effort, not like a singer or musician that one hears unintentionally and ultimately loves. Poetry is something that is intentional. Not sure what this comment is trying to convey but just wanted to say something about Poetry.
