A Hopeful September

Hope is the faint light that keeps burning in our hearts even in profound darkness

September is a month that means a lot to me. It reminds me of life and death. It’s my sober month. Someday I’ll find the courage to write about September’s significance to me. I’m grateful for everything.

It was just August, a few hours ago. Nothing changed. The economy, weather, government, everything remained the same. Nevertheless, there’s a reason we celebrate every new beginning in Africa. It’s hope. Hope is the faint light that keeps burning in our hearts even in profound darkness. Hope is to be alive and realising that you are.
If anyone is reading this, I want to assure you that for just being alive, you’re qualified to receive love, joy, happiness, prosperity, and all manner of success.

I wish everyone a fruitful and beautiful month. Stay safe. 💗
