What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?

The most challenging personal goal I set for myself is to sleep and wake early. I’m determined to be by myself from 9.30 PM unless I have a visitor or aren’t home by then.
Since I started this, my body has learned to automatically wake me up from 3 or 4 AM the next day. I also feel well-rested, energized, and happy throughout the daytime.
Sleeping on time gives me adequate rest, and waking early gives me sufficient time to start my day. I can start the day by waking my mind and body—meditating during the quiet hours and doing minor exercises like pushups and stretches, respectively.
It’s a challenging daily goal; however, the benefits are numerous. I understand that I’m training myself for the more significant tasks. A good night’s sleep and in-between day naps are essential for the body.
