What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

One of my daily habits is reading. As a research scholar, I found it essential to exercise my mind each day by reading at least a page of any book or magazine, which proves helpful with time. The human mind, as we all know, can be trained. The best way to train it is by reading.
Reading helps me articulate my thoughts. I have learned to comprehend or infer. I also learned to write in different ways because I was exposed to various essay types.
For me, reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.
