Love Poem: Tryst

I invite you to a two-people drama; not Romeo’s, not Juliet’s
Just you and I, under the full grey moonshine
Stand aside, watch me do this new dance I learned
Come closer, look into my eyes, and let me smell the roses
Come let me tell you of my love and how loving set me free

Nothing excites me more
When all demonstrates your love
