Land of quasa drum
Nature’s valid essence,
The land of palm beer,
Of enormous cascades
Africa!
Land of hills & valleys
Courteous clans,
A land of milk & honey
Flowing all about
Africa!
Land of pots & drinks
A calabash of hot soup
Cheerful smiles & winks
A merry couples night
Africa!
Cradle of civilization,
Terrific folk & history
Mother of all nations
Home to the first man
My Africa!
Land of the roaring lion,
The fine Sahara & Victoria
Land of moral ambition
Hail the golden sun rises!
