Memories By Vanny Onuoha

Pleasant Evening

Well, it’s an exciting evening here. It’s cold without, but I bumped into young talent.

So she writes a muse I will love to show you guys. Ladies and gents, here is Vanny Onuoha’s first published work. She’s a Nigerian teen and a budding poet. What do you think about her work?

Memories

So that I won’t forget you
I grip unto the little you in my head
And yet I wonder if you feel the same

As days pass by
The little you in my head becomes faint
And I ask, have you forgotten me?

Just as a child who cannot forget his mother
Yes, I will keep you in my heart, not in my head
And you shall remain there forever
